..This means that you should not steal, copy, resell or rework anything you see on this website. The usual sort of thing really. Of course I cannot stop you doing any of these things,  although I will make it as hard as possible. All the images that are mine have been watermarked and tagged and I take a perverse pleasure in recovering them if they are used without permission. I also employ a crack team of killer ducks who will seek you out and exact a terrible punishment for your transgressions.

I take particular offense at individuals who embed my content in their website and leech my bandwidth. That costs me money. Don’t do it, its rude.

There are some images that I put in other places, like Flickr, Google Earth, Google+ etc. that are licensed under Creative Commons. The details will be in the metadata for the image and sometimes there will be a CC logo visible. They will usually be a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.

All that said it does my ego good if someone likes what I do enough to want one of my images. Contact me by email at ‘boggle’ at (..the name of this site) dotty coms indicating the image/content you are interested in and include an e-mail address. I will get back to you and we can come to an agreement that suits us both.
